Issue
Cannot enable hotspot from the settings panel. I've noticed that this happens on Fedora 32 Cinnamon and Manjaro Cinnamon too. This does not happen on Mint 19.x. This might have something to do with the kernel.
Steps to reproduce
Open Network Settings.
Try to use the hotspot feature.
It is greyed out therefore it cannot be used.
Expected behaviour
Hotspot should not be greyed out and should be usable.
Other information
Here is a screenshot of the problem. (System policy prohibits use as a hotspot)
There is a workaround, where I manually create a hotspot connection in nm-connection-editor then connect to it as if it were a hidden network. This setup has to be deleted after use though because it will automatically turn hotspot on if the computer does not have a Wifi connection on startup.
