These icons are different to the cs-online-accounts.svg icon in cinnamon package and are not needed. This results in different icons being used for different sizes in icon themes that don't override them.
Delete the cs-online-accounts.png icons that look like this:
So that they are replaced in the menu applet. cinnamon settings, etc with the same icon in the cinnamon package, cs-online-accounts.svg, that looks like this:
