Issue
Lets add the ability to add a scroll wheel adjustment to the Mouse and Touchpad module of cinnamon-settings
imwheel works very nicely for this.
This is not a bug, simply an excellent-to-have as this feature is asked endlessly on Reddit and in support.
Until now, I've been referring people to this page: https://www.nicknorton.net/?q=node/4 and/or these instructions: Menu --> Search for "Qt Settings" --> Interface Tab, then down the bottom, see "Mouse wheel scroll lines"
