Bump meson version to 0.50.0 #174

WARNING: Project specifies a minimum meson_version '>=0.41.0' but uses features which were added in newer versions:
 * 0.50.0: {'install arg in configure_file'}

Reason: ^

Focal repos are 0.53-2, Bionic 0.45, we were using 0.41

err... with Buster this sort of leaves us a bit behind... it's why LMDE 4 failed (dependencies)

We can either branch or just close this. I'll leave it to you guys
