option to render panel app icons in monochrome #208

I think it would be great if theres option to force render app icons on the panel in black and white.

I've switched recently from gnome to get more pragmatic desktop for work, but as a very easy to distract person it made me understand the tradeoffs of having a traditional panel in terms of focus. I think a great middleground would be ability to force the panel icons into monochrome. You retain the practicality of the traditional panel, and dial down on the distraction-factor of your favourite timewaster app icons. I'm guessing this probably isn't very easy to do, since rendering is going to be done by underlying gtk stuff but just wanted to throw it out there, since i think it would be a really neat feature and look very good in screenshots for marketing purposes.

Maybe event monochrome with tint of your chosen desktop accent color. And yeah i know about autohide panel option:)
