CinnVIIStartMenu: Abnormal behavior of user account picture in sidebar

Steps to reproduce Don't know if it's my system problem or others have this as well.

• Restart System
• Click on applet and look at the account user picture, which is blank
• The picture becomes visible after hovering over another item in sidebar eg. home/document or logout/quit.

Expected behaviour

• The user picture should be loaded/visible after first clicking on the applet

Which icon theme do you use?

@NikoKrause I currently use Numix-Circle-Arc. But I have encountered this same problem with every (at least 10) other icon themes. And it was also present in linuxmint 19 & 20 as well.

Thanks for the screenshots. I was a bit worried, because you said the user picture is blank. There is a default picture at first start, but not the chosen user picture. I've noticed this too lately. I just didn't find the time to look into the cause of this bug.

I will have a look at this, I can't tell you, when I find the time for it. Probably in march.
