Try-himinn Cblack-Remix In my opinion, the most successful ...It would be nice to have a small compact version for small monitors,for example I have 1366x768 (16.9)

OK - you should raise separate issues for different themes, reference the theme name in the title and ping the respective authors of the themes in those issues. Or you can tweak the downloaded themes cinnamon.css file yourself. I'm also on a 1366 x 768 machine and those themes look OK to me so not sure what you think is oversized - just the menu? You might be better off with an alternative menu applet which is more configurable - e.g. cinnamenu.
