Notification clears all notification when not intended #10112

 * Cinnamon version: 4.8.6
   - Not using daily builds PPA
 * Distribution - Mint 20.1
 * Intel UHD Graphics 620
 * 64 bit
 * Attached ~/.xsession-errors and /var/log/syslog

Issue If there are multiple notifications (possibly more than 5) in Cinnamon, clicking one of them erases all the notifications.

Steps to reproduce Using firefox. Enabled notifications from Youtube. If there is more than 5 notifications, clicking one of them erases all the notifications. Sometimes, clicking doesn't open the link. There are multiple bugs going on with the notification system.

Expected behaviour Clicking one of the notifications will open that notification and remove that particular one from the notification panel.

This happens to me too, same version.

I confirm that too on LM22 Cinnamon 6.2.9
