Windows trying to move off-screen get set as minimized. #10328

 * Cinnamon version: 5.0.5
 * Distribution - Mint 20.2
 * AMD 5700XT (amdgpu v. kernel)
 * 64-bit
 * Steam - Proton Experimental.

Issue When ever the game tries to "window dance" off screen, Cinnamon minimizes it, making it impossible to press on time. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/844039608802082846/888664598511751209/2021-09-18_01-49-48.mp4

Steps to reproduce Get a good ol' copy of Rhythm Doctor, then play 2-X in the Story Mode.

Expected behaviour The window goes off screen, but it still able to be pressed.

Correction, Cinnamon believes the window is actually being closed, and opened, it plays the (Close window) and (Open new window) sounds.
