Flickering internal monitor #10642

   - stable - no daily-builds
 * LM 20.3 (and 20.2, 20.1)

Issue The internal monitor only shows black/white flickering points (no picture).

Steps to reproduce

Expected behaviour

Other information Reproduceable on 15 laptops from my school on LM 20.1, 20.2 and 20.3. My colleague installed latest ubuntu on one of the laptops and the problem could not be reproduced.

prints [ 0.229424] smpboot: CPU0: AMD Ryzen 7 4700U with Radeon Graphics (family: 0x17, model: 0x60, stepping: 0x1) the other laptops use a Ryzen 5, i can add their dmesg tomorrow

When i switch back to a LM-image from December 2021 the problem is gone. After installing all updates the problem is back. Update to Kernel 5.13.0-28 from yesterday didn't fix.

Problem is fixed With the patches from the last 23 days i'm not able to reproduce the problem now. Thanks to all humans who give code to fix this problem.
