Cinamon does not lock #11223

 * Cinnamon version (cinnamon --version)
   - Please specify if you are using the daily builds PPA
     (https://launchpad.net/~linuxmint-daily-build-team/+archive/ubuntu/daily-builds).
 * Distribution - (Mint 21, Arch, Fedora 37, etc...)
 * Graphics hardware *and* driver used
 * 32 or 64 bit
 * Attach ~/.xsession-errors, or /var/log/syslog

Issue

PC is set to suspend when laptop lid is closed and it does this BUT NOT WHEN A TRAY SETTING WINDOW IS OPEN (eg the little sound or network window). CAme home today and realised my PC had been unlocked all day. Very bad security bug.

Steps to reproduce

Click any tray setting icon (eg sound, network, language)

Expected behaviour

Should suspend / lock!!

2012 64 bit MacBook Air (Apple OS removed) running Linux Mint 20.2 Cinnamon, v5.0.7, kernel 5.4.0-122-generic, Intel© Core™ i5-2557M CPU @ 1.70GHz × 2. PC Linux installed on another partition.

Potentially related to your issue - you are using an obsolete and unsupported OneDrive Client. Please read https://github.com/abraunegg/onedrive/blob/master/docs/ubuntu-package-install.md to correctly install the OneDrive Client for Linux
