"Linux Mint" Desktop theme provides low frame rate window transition when using alt+tab switcher #11250

 * Cinnamon version - 5.4.12
 * Distribution - Linux Mint Debian Edition 5
 * Geforce GTX 760 (driver 470.14.03)
 * 64 bit

### Issue
Alt+tab switcher (Timeline and Coverflow) works fine with every desktop theme, exсept "linux mint" one. Window switching animation isn't smooth and somehow sluggish with it.

### Steps to reproduce

Using alt+tab switching with some windows opened.

### Expected behaviour

Smooth windows switching with every desktop theme.

Maybe related, workspace switching is now very sluggish. I'm also on 5.4.12. (I don't know if that issue has been reported elsewhere).
