Issue

When you right click a file or folder in Nemo and "Add to Favourites" it goes into a handy shortcut list.

However, I can't work out any way to sort the Favourites. Ideally I'd be able to drag and drop them so I could group them by topic. Less useful would be if they were in the order added (so at least with careful preparation they'd appear how a user wanted), or in alphabetical (less useful, but at least the order is predictable). However, it seems like a mish-mash at present. More tests and information (and screenshots) on the Mint forum at https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?f=47&t=390109

Expected behaviour

Favourites to be sorted in some useful way: order of addition, or alphabetically, or in user-selected order via the Configure option.

This is the same as #10861 which was closed but not really resolved.

nilslindemann commented 1 year ago

Reopened that.
