Quite often

Bug description

When I drop an application window to the Panel, reopening it doesn't work for the one mouse click I set -nothing happens- so I have to use the restore item in the environment menu.

Typically this phenomenon occurs with the Synaptic package manager and the Kaffeine application... but I haven't tested many applications yet, I only use browsers and the mail program -and the ones already mentioned- on a regular basis.

Steps to reproduce

I only use the system and I have described the steps above.

Expected behavior

Repairs needed.

I have tested the Window List application for 2-3 days and the error does not occur.

In my opinion, the cause of the error is mainly the Grouped Window List application, and possibly, perhaps, the use of a secondary display may interfere with its operation.

So, the error is not attributable to the Linux system or the desktop environment (Cinnamon), but to the application itself.
