Bug description

when i go to gestures i can enable them even though i am on a desktop so i don't have a touchpad

Steps to reproduce

go to gestures settings in cinnamon

Expected behavior

error saying that i don't have a touchpad so that i can not use gestures

It worked this way before, but if I am not wrong it was disabled because the algorithm to find if the system supports or not touch gestures was not working well for all cases, therefore they decided to disable the check and allow the user to enable it.
