The bibliographical Java program JabRef (http://jabref.org) is opening in expanded mode / fullscreen mode with no window decorations and the drop-down menus don't work. All LinuxMint/Cinnamon users are finding this. The discussion has now narrowed down the problem to an interaction with Cinnamon.
