Wrong extension selected. This has nothing to with with the adjacent-windows extension.
@rcalixte I think new issues default to adjacent-windows because it starts with "a". Is there a way to have it default to a blank?

I can take a look at the options available with GitHub's templates. It's still technically a beta feature but you're right that the drop-down hasn't consistently been the most straightforward when it comes to inputs.
Is it possible to correct it somehow, or to make the possibility of a fixed height of the scroll bar.
On recent versions of Cinnamon, you should be able to either drag the corner or set the height for the menu in the menu settings.
For clarity I leave a link to the video, where 3 times I tear off the menu, where you can see the scroll bar that changes its size almost instantly.
The scroll bar is dynamically loaded with a default and then recalculated after the elements are loaded. This is an artifact that shouldn't impact the operation. I'll move this issue to the proper repository. I can't speak to how soon this might be addressed.
I apologize for not posting in the appropriate thread. Yes it is an artifact that does not affect the work, but I just would like to fix it, as it is important for me to Cinnamon to develop and get rid of artifacts. Do not take it as a reproach or ignorance.

This is implemented now. Hopefully it fares better going forward. 🤞🏼

What happened?
Good day dear developers! I noticed such a peculiarity of the menu scroll bar when opening, namely its stretching across the entire height, and after narrowing to size. Is it possible to correct it somehow, or to make the possibility of a fixed height of the scroll bar. Also this feature can be seen on different versions of Cinnamon and different video cards.
