I suspect that the Twingate service may be causing the issues. It appears that this service starts automatically on boot but is unable to reach my connector. After manually stopping the Twingate service, everything seems to work perfectly. Interestingly, when I reverted back to Linux Mint 21, I encountered the same problems after installing Twingate. I plan to monitor this for some time to confirm whether it is indeed the cause of the problems.

I can confirm that Twingate was the cause of the issue. During the installation of Twingate, there is an option to start the service at startup, which was creating the connection problems I experienced. Since I don't use this functionality, I disabled the service from starting automatically, and that resolved the issue. I will go ahead and close this issue now. Thank you!
