The system monitor goes unstable with out performance issue and the processes by cpu do not explain that

Steps to reproduce

All the suden system monitor shows readings above usage processes

Expected behavior

Not to become unstable although the processes are near to zero

Additional information

The KDE system monitor also shows the same but no lag or performance issues
