Issue When installing Gnome Calendar and setting up my google account in online accounts, my google calendars are not added in the Gnome Calendar. In Ubuntu 17.10 this works fine

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install Gnome Calendar from repo
  2. Add an online google account
  3. Open Gnome Calendar and see it's empty

Expected behaviour Appointments from google should be in the Gnome Calendar

@jeroenst are you still experiencing this issue?

jeroenst commented 5 years ago

It works now, although all calendars are shown twice in the calendar menu.

jeroenst commented 5 years ago

After restarting the calendar app, all calandarts are shown one in the calendar menu like expected.

But events are not synchronized... Still seeing events added previous year that are already deleted in google an new events are not shown.

jeroenst commented 5 years ago

When deleting the old events from the calendar app, the app becomes unresponsive and quits.

After removing the google account an re-adding it again, calendar is empty again :-(
