Feature request: Slideshow function for "time of day" switching wallpapers

It would be nice to be able to set various wallpapers to switch to at specific times of the day, for example a use case may be to switch to dark wallpapers after sunset and light wallpapers after sunrise

Okay; we need to set:

1) A list of wallpapers to be manually configured by the user 2) a gschema or two

I would also like to see this feature include the ability to swap between light/dark themes, a feature offered by other DE's, Windows, and Mac/iOS. I really like the ability to have the swap perform at whatever time sunset/sunrise occurs in your locale.
