When "Local M3U file" is chosen as type, there is no EPG URL field #195

I have a local m3u file from my IPTV provider, but I have a URL for the EPG.

Will it be possible to use EPG URLs when using a local M3U file?

hypnotix does not have EPG.

Hi Folks! We are building EPG support to Free IPTV list what used Hypnotix by default. So probably you can add EPG support for Hypnotix, if you interested. Current EPG ralted efforets are there: https://github.com/Free-TV/IPTV/tree/epg

This probably won't work because the station names in the playlist don't match those in the EPG.

AFAIK the tvg-id matters, not the name, don't it? We are still adding ids to the playlist. I started the work on it two days ago.

Yes, but the program has to support that. I tested it in iptvnator, it works there. Who knows if and how the EPG function works in hypnotix?

Now we added huge amount of EPG ids to the master of default Hypnotix list here: https://github.com/Free-TV/IPTV/tree/master It would be nice if Hypnotix could support EPG ids.
