To activate numlock on the login screen, the tool requires numlockx to be installed, which it isn't by default. This seems to cause regular confusion, the average user does not see or understand the tooltip pointing to installation of numlockx.
Suggest to either:
add numlockx as a dependency so it's pre-installed,
offer to install numlockx if it's missing - the tool already checks if the script is in place, anyway, or
at a minimum either include the info to install numlockx directly in the label or at least something like (read the tooltip) to make sure users actually see it - yes, sometimes that much handholding is needed
