Firefox update sets Firefox dictionary to English (United Kingdom) #208

I reported a bug to Mozilla where every update of Firefox resets the default dictionary to English (United Kingdom).

Based on the responses in the bug report it may be something the Mint project is doing to the Firefox update.

The recent update to Firefox 74 set the default dictionary to English (Canada).

I have the identical issue reported to Bugzilla where the selected en-US version ends up installed as en-UK and en-CA. My suspicion is that Linux FF is basing the language on the installer's IP which is wrong. I am located in Canada but I always use the en-US version.
