Describe the bug
When I try to select a default calculator on Cinnamon, I am unable to choose any option, I have galculator installed and it is not selectable as an option, installing gnome-calculator fixes the problem.
I am reporting and some screenshots are from Manjaro (the only option I have at work right now), but the issue happens on Mint as well
Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Click on the menu button (or press the button configured for it)
Go to option "System Settings"
Select option "Preferred Apps" (via the menu or via settings)
On that option, choose the "Calculator" option and try to define any other calculator app as default (in my case I have galculator instead of gnome-calculator installed)
Expected behavior
Having 2 or more calculator apps installed (mate-calculator, gnome-calculator, galculator, etc), Cinnamon should provide an option to choose among all of those installed
Current behavior
I can't select galculator as my main option, installing gnome-calculator fixes the issue
Frequency
Does the issue happen:
[x] Always
[ ] Randomly
Edition (Desktop environment):
In which edition is this happening?
[x] Cinnamon Edition
[ ] MATE Edition
[ ] Xfce Edition
Live or post-install:
Indicate if this is happening after the installation, or during the live session:
[x] Post-install
[ ] Live session
Screenshots
My apologies if the settings are not the same as in Mint, I am posting this from a Manjaro system but the same happens to me on a Linux Mint system
Additional context
Having only galculator doesn't work, I have to explicitly install gnome-calculator and even with it, the latter is the only option available to choose
