Cinnamon time/date applet won't resize. #64

The time/date applet in Cinnamon doesn't resize with the other applets like it does in version 19.

This is a limitation of the design in 19.1. We're planning to review it in 19.2. As it is now text-size is defined by the theme and it's not scalable/configurable.
