Cinnamon: GWL - VirtualBox generates child icons

Describe the bug VirtualBox 5.x.x - 6.0.0 RC1 when started generates a child icon for main UI, and subsequent icons for each launched virtual machine (also happens with ITM).

To Reproduce

1. Launch VirtualBox
2. Start virtual machine

Expected behavior VirtualBox UI should remain attached to main panel icon, launched virtual machines should appear grouped to main icon

Not sure this can be fixed before the beta ends, and not without hard-coding a workaround for Virtualbox. It looks like its giving the manager window and VM windows different wm_class IDs, which is how GWL groups windows. I recommend moving this to the Cinnamon repo.
