Cinnamon: System Monitor 'Resources' window height (multiple CPU cores)

Describe the bug System Monitor -> Resources window height not tall enough for systems with greater than 4 CPU cores.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. (on system with more than 4 CPU cores) Launch System Monitor -> Resources
2. Network - Receiving / Sending information appears off the bottom of the window

Expected behavior While window should have a fixed minimum height, it should increase as necessary to accommodate all information.

This also happens with 4 CPUs, but information are not cropped.

Beyond that, this bug also affects "Network Settings" window. Even after i resize it and close it, it will open up with the wrong height.
