I created a readme to describe how a new color theme is added.
Please feel free to correct the steps I wrote down, or add them if I forgot any.
E.g. I'm not sure if the thumbnail.png needs to be manually adapted, since it seems to be left at the default green for me.
Also I couldn't figure out how to add Mint -X themes... that's why I left them out.
