Close button cropped on Progressive Web Apps #462

The close button looks cropped on the sides of the circle on progressive web apps.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install a Progressive Web App from Google Chrome
  2. Open the Progressive Web App and look at the close button

Other information

I've tested other themes and this problem didn't occur.
