Update _common.scss #476

Changed the grouped window list badge to full circle. Better Looking. before after

Hi after some discussion I think we prefer to leave it as it is - having it fully round does make the badge look nicer, but ends up covering more of the icon than we'd like (especially true with smaller panel sizes).
