Under Linux Mint 18 Cinnamon, the desktop trash icon changes size depending on whether it is empty or full on a hi-DPI display since there's a size 128 trash full icon but no size 128 trash empty icon. This pull request adds the missing trash empty icon (scaled up from the size 48 icon).
