Icons demanding 2gb partition to properly install.

In one situation, installing with /usr/share/icons mounted to a 998mb partition, no space left on device installing mint icons. Booting the system, was unable to reinstall mint X and Y icons until the partition was resized to almost 2GB. Would not work for 1950mb partition, worked in 2200mb partition. Observed in lmde-5#beta and previous lmde editions.

Last commit was almost one year ago.

Brand new mint themes came at the start of this year in linuxmint 20.3 and just appeared in LMDE 5 beta.

As for icons, they don't get regular updates, just new stuff and bugfixes rolled up every once or twice per release at most
