Cleanup:

[x] mint-y-icons: Remove fullcolor action icons
[x] mint-y-icons: Remove dark themes
[x] mint-themes: Remove refs to dark icon themes
[x] mint-y-icons-legacy: Remove fullcolor action icons
[x] mint-y-icons-legacy: Remove dark themes
[x] mint-themes-legacy: Remove refs to dark icon themes
[x] mintwelcome: Remove refs to dark icon themes
[x] mintwelcome: Remove legacy layout
[x] mint-artwork: Remove refs to dark icon themes in cinnamon .styles file
[x] mint-x-icons: Remove mint-x-dark

Rename mint-y-legacy -> Mint-L:

[x] icons package
[x] theme package
[x] refs to icons in themes
[x] theme names
[x] icon names
[x] mint-artwork: styles file

Mint-Y variants:

[x] icons: Don't generate color variants
[x] themes: Don't generate index files
[x] De-couple icons != themes names
[x] Offer a selection of nice folder icons
[x] Adapt styles
[x] Adapt indexes

OK Job done. This is all on master now.

So all the nice colored weather icons has gone forever and replaced with flat primitive gray ones ? But why ?
