update touchpad gestures icon #355

I just noticed that the icon I proposed for gestures, did not have a rounded border like the ones in the Mint-Y/Mint-L themes.

@mtwebster corrected it by adding a margin, but by reducing the icon, the definition of the icon is lost.

I tried updating the icon, but something's not right I think - I had to remove the drop shadow, which itself is no big deal, but it seems to render blurry. And I'm wondering if it should have an actual border like the other icons (even though it's more or less the border color already.

@mtwebster I reviewed the svg and adjusted the vectors based on these icons that appear here with the border. I guess that should fix the problem.

I had to add a black border around it before it looked right.
