I just checked and found that the Signal icon is already there. However, there is no Signal-Desktop icon. Could you please duplicate the Signal icon or make it a symbolic link?

Hi i'm the maker of the (new) Mint-Y signal icon, there really isn't a point to it and sir Clement would most certainly be against it, you can manually asign said icon to the installed signal application (once it shows up in LM21.3) you can do that through the cinnamon menu settings
