Bug description
Panel intermittently obstructs some applets including 'Grouped Window List Applet' and 'Download and upload speed'. It is already reported at https://github.com/linuxmint/cinnamon/issues/8578 and affects latest version of Cinnamon too.
To Reproduce
The issue is intermittent. It comes after using cinnamon for around 10 minutes after session start.
