Describe the bug When receiving an update through the Update Manager, the program or file updates, but leaves a "Could not install security updates" in the notification panel. To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Update manager.
  2. Click on Install updates.
  3. Wait.
  4. App or program still shows on the list and Update Manager shows an error on the notification panel that it could not install security updates.
