Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
I did try to run 64-bit Linux Mint 19.2 Xfce (beta) like a live-session from a USBstick. I have done this with Mint 18.3 on the same computer before. But when i used Mint 19.2 I could not write the three swedish letters å,ä,ö (if this letters are not shown correct on this web-page I now theese letters are sometimes described as "an A with one dot over it", the second is described as "an A with 2 dots over it", and the third is described "an O with 2 dots over it".

I did open the windows for "Keyboard layout" under the usual "settings-program-Headline". Then I did like I used to do in Mint Xfce 18.3
I could find Swedish keyboard as an option in Mint 19.2 (and i klicked on the arrow to move swedish to the highest position of layouts). But it was for no use ( the keyboard did not change to work as swedish keyboard ).
