Describe the bug
If the screen is turned off because of suspend (power management), when the PC is woke up from sleep, the screen does not turn back on. The only solution is to disconnect and reconnect the HDMI cable. This did not occur with the previous Linux Mint 19.1 version.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to Preferences --> Power Management
Enable "Suspend when inactive for..."
Set a timer to any value
Wait for the computer to go to sleep
Wake up the computer pressing any key
Expected behavior
The attached monitor should turn on.
