trackpad 2 finger scrolling not working on xfce version #84

I tested the xfce version on my ThinkPad T460, 2 finger scrolling didn't work. I had to install xserver-xorg-input-synaptics to enable this function.

Yes, this is upstream from us.

Xfce needs to work on libinput more and also provide us with a way to set default for all touchpads.
