ReScaling WebApps Issue(s) #90

So now that I've gotten the new beta running with a bit more stability, I decided to really deep dive and customize some WebApps using the new tool.

Sometimes a webapp will default to the left monitor, which is smaller resolution than my right monitor, then when I minimize it, when it remaximizes it only displays a few pixels line in the middle of the right screen.

Then I can't resize the window. The cursor never changes to the arrow pointing to ->| or the corner one either.

Something odd is going on when trying to resize webapps.

Hmmm... Seems I CAN get the resize on the top of the window, and on the top left, but not on the right, the left, the bottom right, or bottom left....

Oddly, the Screenshot tool never shows the resize Mouse Icon.... Only ever shows the arrow, even when I have the resize icon on the screen when hitting the Print Screen Button.
