In certain drop-down menus, the minimum time required to hold down left-click before releasing is WAY too short, causing menu options to be selected when moving the cursor despite only clicking once rather than holding-then-releasing or clicking twice. #86

(occurs on Cinnamon, Mate, and Xfce)

Curiously, the File Edit etc menus as well as the applications menu in Firefox do seem to have a sort of delay to prevent exactly what I'm describing, e.g. clicks are only treated as hold-then-release after half a second or so.

Not shown is that it occurs with the likes of right-clicking on panel applets as well (e.g. onboard).

I don't have a way to visually show clicks in a video but, I can assure you, everything in the video was just a single click, not multiple clicks, whether left or right clicks.

(this almost certainly isn't a blocker but, similar to issue #72, I noticed that you end up needing to intentionally "slow your mouse movements down" even with a mouse that is able to perform single-clicks without issue)
