mint-upgrade-info: update info #47

Add it to the removals file when the upgrade is published. This would fix the broken icons for people who have installed 21.2 or upgraded to it before it was removed from the additions file. However, people who like dark mode could also have installed it manually. One suggestion could be to add this to the victoria folder in mint-upgrade-info, but not to the vera and vanessa folders. This way it doesn't get uninstalled for people who have installed it manually in vanessa/vera and are now (when the upgrade is published) upgrading to virginia (skipping victoria). Btw, could you please soon take a look at https://github.com/linuxmint/mint-upgrade-info/pull/4?

I don't want to mess with libreoffice-style.

First, I can't distinguish users who installed it themselves from users who didn't. Second, there's a really unhealthy behavior in LO when it comes to detecting and applying the default theme we don't fully understand and added to that there's a meta and a set of dependencies, so removing this pkg could potentially install a series of other ones.
