keyboard layout changing

sometimes the keyboard layout changes when you "lock the screen" (idk why it's called like that)

If this is related to Cinnamon, the screensaver allows you switch to a different layout, and will remember it separately from the current system layout.

If you use layout A normally, and lock the screen, then switch to layout B there, it will remember this next time you lock the screen. When you unlock, it should go back to A.

What I meant was the keyboard layout doesn't change on the lock screen, but in the main system. Say I use layout B. When you press the lock button, before the lock screen loads, you can see the flag changing to layout A, and when you lock back in the layout is set to A.
