cinnamon: changes in the layout of actions are not executed until the session is restarted or closed. #14

After adding an action and modifying its contextual menu item, no changes are registered until the session is closed or the system is restarted. I tried to restart cinnamon but the only thing that happens is that the installed action is disabled.
