xfce4-xapp-status-plugin: issues when the plugin is removed #154

When I remove Xapp status plugin from the panel, system tray icons for Rhythmbox, Notes etc disappear (they are still visible in LM 21.3) and the CPU usage increases and remains higher untill I kill the process usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/xfce4/panel/wrapper-2.0... etc. After I remove the Xapp status plugin and before I kill this 'wrapper-2.0' the icons for Rhythmbox, Notes etc are not displayed in the system tray. After killing the process they reappear.

BTW, the access to Xapp status plugin right-click menu on the panel is not easily discoverable. It would be better if the right-click menu were managed in the 'items' section of the panel preferences. It is impossible to configure Xapp status plugin there, the edit icon is greyed out.

I forgot to write that the system tray icons for Rhythmbox etc reappear after I kill the usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/xfce4/panel/wrapper-2.0... etc. AND I add Xapp plugin to the panel again.
