mintreport-tray: LMDE5 showing timeshift snapshot running when it is not yet #83

After the update to mintreport 1.3.4 there's an issue on LMDE5 with the notification icon when it loads 40 seconds after logging into Cinnamon desktop. It's immediately showing a timeshift snapshot running despite timeshift always waiting 10 minutes before creating a snapshot. Only after timeshift has made it's snapshot approximately 10-12 minutes later does the icon finally disappear.

This current behaviour is misleading to new users who will think it takes their system 10-15 minutes to create a snapshot and that it's ridiculously slow. It may lead them incorrectly to disable snapshots and put them at risk of being unable to rollback changes when something eventually does go wrong with their system.

Steps to recreate, install LMDE5 and update to mintreport 1.3.4 along with all other current updates. enable scheduled snapshots in timeshift, restart the PC.

Expected behaviour is for the icon not to show until timeshift is actually creating a snapshot.

FYI, it is not to do with automated updates in the background as I do not have that enabled, it is specifically timeshift.
