live usb /dev/video0 present. when I install mint onto hdd /dev/video0 not present #91

 * Cinnamon version 3.6.6
 * Distribution - (Mint 17.2, Arch, Fedora 25, etc...)
 * Sony Vaio VGN-FZ430E
 * 64 bit

Issue /dev/video0 is not present. Its the laptops webcam

Steps to reproduce Install mint os from live usb stick, restart, /dev/video0 not there. Start mint os from live usb stick, /dev/video0 is there and camera works.

Expected behaviour For /dev/video0 to be there for the installed mint os
