The error message indicated the need to install language packs. I installed the packages libreoffice-l10-hu and libreoffice-help-hu.

Excellent indication of packages to be updated, but here you can only update "figuratively" (off: only version forcing)...
Note: after using Synaptic "immediately" the Refresh element of the Update Manager does not react. After closing and opening the panel item, everything works again.
